Lukas was very helpful and helped arrange my keys to be collected as he wouldn't be there when I arrived at 2am.
Not a lot but had to stay in room offered as we were attending a family wedding and there was no other accommodation available nearby, otherwise we would have moved as our sister-in-law managed to do ...
